Body wash and hand wash, face tanner and body tanner - Any DIfference in reality?

I was looking at the Neals Yard shower gel compared to hand wash for eg - what REALLY would be the difference? And if there were one, would it make a SIGNIFICANT difference?

no and no. Look at ingredients list - bet it is identical.

I bet. But I need proof

I use up body lotions as hand cream as I can never be bothered using body lotion and people always give it to me for birthdays etc.

But I think face products are probably gentler and less perfumed.
