Who can tell me which the best baby shoes r for baby 6-12 months. All the 1's I have got so far keep falling off her feet and her little feet r so cold at the mo, she needs that extra layer.

soft leather type ones like shoo shoos etc.

worcestercaroline · 08/11/2006 21:02

tried them from mothercare, they just fall off her feet, no matter what size I get

agree with nemo - I always bought bobux for mine, they stay on well and make sure socks don't come off. And there are so many beautiful designs....

inch blue. and they do free p&p

AngeG · 08/11/2006 21:03

Hi I always used daisy roots with my DS. They have a large range of designs that have elastic round the back of the foot to stop them falling off, but are soft enough not to damage foot development.

Check out the website Daisy Roots

inch blue, daisy roots, bobux, shoo shoos all much of a muchness.

but i think inch blue cutest!

Nemo1977 · 08/11/2006 21:09

worcestercaroline are you getting the right size?? They have elastic around the top so tend not to fall off as much as other shoes.Have used most of the brands mentioned and never had a problem.

Tutter · 08/11/2006 21:12

ds went through his first winter without any shoes

always put him in a cosytoes when were out and about

worcestercaroline · 08/11/2006 21:20

Thanks thats great just been on the websites and ordered a few pairs. Will blame u lot when my husband complains about dd having too many shoes. What a selection to pick from!!

yep am getting right size. I have measured them on the little measuring chart.

I never used to bother with shoes for babies. With DS I just used to let him get cold feet if he insisted on taking his socks off. With DD if we were out and about I would put her tights under her trousers.

TooTickyTheLittleRedHen · 08/11/2006 21:23

these are fantastic and don't go slippery on the bottoms. I have a fairly worn pair that you can have if you'd like to try before you buy. Let me know

TooTickyTheLittleRedHen · 08/11/2006 21:24

They post to UK very cheaply btw.

purplemonkeydishwasher · 08/11/2006 21:27

I can't recommend these enough. my ds woul dnot keep shoes on. but these stay on his feet!

worcestercaroline · 08/11/2006 21:36

Its amazing the designs that r available its great.
TooTickyTheLittleRedHen - thanks for offer, have 2 pairs coming but if these r not successful can I contact u.

Agree with purplemonkey - Robeez are the best. Unlike some (Daisy Roots and Starchild spring to mind) they are elasticated around the heel/ankle so don't slip off.

TooTickyTheLittleRedHen · 09/11/2006 16:07

worcestercaroline, that's fine
