I have a similar sort of thing from FennWright and Manson, has been a godsend as am up the duff.

don't get one that is too big or that is too heavy fabric.

I'm not keen Gillian - don't like shawly stuff as a rule though.

Love it. Don't know about the 'mole mix' - can they not just use wool?
