Jumpers wouldn't fit under my little jacket - you could go for the next size up but then you might compromise fit when fitted tshirts underneath?

boots v nice but v expensive for a total £100 budget - I'd be tempted to leave shoes for now and see if I couldn't do better in the sales / Next to Nothing etc.

jacket is meant to be instead of jumper with big scarf when in and out of cars etc, but agree one that'll fit a light jumper underneath is a good plan.

And what you need to finish off your outfit is a beautiful handcrafted unique item of beaded jewellery....isn't that right Cod >????

I agree with Mrs B. Jacket and scarf rather than jumper. I think it would FEEL smarter.

Agree with MrsBadger - 3pk lace-trimmed tops (-see lockets' tops link) are better colours and still a good style.

im so pleased that others are feeling better because of all this.

I know i have come accross as a complete bint who knows nothing, but i guess thats what i get for being a young mum to 2 with a 15 month age gap - I just let myself go, worrying too much about the house and the girls and not enough about myself.

I really have appreciated all the help you lot have given me over the last few days.... it has made the world of difference in how i feel about myself and how little it takes to make a difference.

Hi JARM - did you order the jeans in the next size up from your normal size, I find their petit stuff is 'petit' all over ie what I would wear in 14 in the normal range, I need 16 in the petit range. Just a thought.

i did yes - i seemed to go a size up in everything so i can try it all and send it back if necessary.

Most of the stuff arrives tomorrow - 1-2 week wait on a top and the boots.

Hair photo.... hmmmmm..... will take one in a bit! took one last night but it looked rough so i have washed, dried and straightened it myself today and it looks a bit better!
