What suncream do you use on your young children and what do you use to wash it off?

DS is almost 4, last summer and year before our suncream triggered small patches of eczema around his mouth. This year pre school use their own suncream, prob high street brand, and he so far has no dry patches but has little pimples on his cheeks, they just look like congested skin. I am aware that I go to great lenghts to cleanse my skin well of all SPF and makeup yet he has only ever used water and a flannel on his face!

What should I be doing both for SPF and cleaning it off?

Thanks!

The only sun cream my ds can use is Green People, everything else brings on his eczema, or brings him out in a rash.
