DS is 4 weeks and I'm tired of looking like a bag lady - all maternity clothes too small so I'm in the 1-2 sizes up stuff I bought for earlier on in my pg. Is it worth buying new clothes now (if I can manage to get to the shops) or should I wait until I (possibly) lose some more weight? I'm bfing btw.

Why don't you go and buy a few cheap bits to cheer yourself up. My weight took about 3 months to settle but I know how you feel. I am going back to work on Monday after 2 years and I have just bought some smart new clothes and I feel great rather than a tired looking mum!

I don't think I was smart pre-pg, but at least I could look presentable with a bit of effort! A trip to H&M may be called for

not sure I'd buy new clothes yet - now is a good time to have a haircut and buy accessories - new scarf / necklace / bag / makeup etc all very cheering and will always fit.
