here

Would it go with black wide leg floaty trousers or not and do you think it's too low cut for daytime?

OP posts:
DelGirl · 08/11/2006 11:28

no, it doesn't link it. Bother.

There are too many on the page.

Nope - try right clicking on it and opening the link to the top in a new window - might work?

DelGirl · 08/11/2006 11:32

DelGirl · 08/11/2006 11:32

OP posts:
DelGirl · 08/11/2006 11:33

this might work

OP posts:
DelGirl · 08/11/2006 11:34

yay

OP posts:
JackieNo · 08/11/2006 11:35

Aha - it worked. Yes - looks nice. TBH, I tend to think of pairing wide trousers with more fitted tops, and vice versa, but this looks good, and flattering.

DelGirl · 08/11/2006 11:35

What would you wear it with then?

OP posts:
Tutter · 08/11/2006 11:35

difficult to tell

may need a cami underneath if too low cut

are you good and large of nork? need to be for this imho

DelGirl · 08/11/2006 11:36

sorry, tailored trousers?

OP posts:
JackieNo · 08/11/2006 11:36

Oh, and if it does look a bit too low on, you could wear a pretty camisole underneath, knot a skinny scarf round your neck or wear a biggish necklace to 'fill in' the gap.

JackieNo · 08/11/2006 11:37

No - I think this will work with wide leg trousers too.

DelGirl · 08/11/2006 11:38

quite good norkage with scaffolding . Hadn't thought of a cami underneath.

Was thinking for xmas lunch, staying in a hotel but don't want my norks falling into the dinner lol

DelGirl · 08/11/2006 11:42

well I'll confess, I tried it on this morning and it was flattering but the v comes down to my bra, so very low and a big expanse of white chest lol. It's a definite maybe but wanted some input. thanks

What sort of scarf would you put with it? I quite like that idea for daytime. Trousers are just m&s lycra'ish wide leg floaty things lol

OP posts:
JackieNo · 08/11/2006 11:44

How about gold ? Or another one here ?

JackieNo · 08/11/2006 11:47

Or a big necklace, like this or this ?

DelGirl · 08/11/2006 11:50

Thanks for those links jackie. I might go and try it on again with a cami and some accessories

OP posts:
DelGirl · 08/11/2006 11:50

like the necklaces btw, not sure about the scarf but I will try thanks.

BudaBeast · 08/11/2006 11:51

Ooh - hope no-one slated this cos I have it!!!

It's a little bit low on - Ok with a nice bra or if you have a cleavage! I don't. I wear a little camisol or vest top under it. I wear it with brown trousers as it is greens and browns - bought a necklace in a similar colout to go with it when I bought it.

themoon66 · 08/11/2006 11:56

It's very similar to one I'm wearing for work today with wide legged black trousers.

DelGirl · 08/11/2006 11:57

I did wonder about brown trousers. I do have some, actually a couple of pairs but I don't think they'll go. Also, I won't need to iron the black trousers or this top and as i'm going away for xmas thats useful. I have a black cami, i'll put it on and go and try it and have a look for a chunky necklace. ooh just remembered my sis bought me one from virgin vie that is greeny browny
