All this talk of Korean parcels is making me sad. I've not had any parcels for a fortnight and I'm jealous. Im annoyed with myself as I've ordered from iAmloveshop and jolse on eBay as they've both come recommended on here and reddit but their delivery estimates are 6 weeks and I'm not due to receive anything until July. It's infuriating.

ilovetosleep · 04/06/2015 08:13

Well I must have been very dry, because I used that oil serum and my old rich frankincense night cream last night and my skin has drunk it all up wheras a few weeks ago I would have woken up with a film of oil on my face. - which is why I stopped using it! I guess I need it some days not others - so maybe I am learning to listen to my skin!

lucysmam · 04/06/2015 09:02

ilove did you wear it under the cream in the end?

Amazing, I had a scroll through some reviews for the COSRX toner before taking the girls to school, seems it's designed to be hygienic as your hands don't need to touch the spray bit. They either spray on cotton wool or directly onto the face by the look of it Smile

TheWombat · 04/06/2015 09:04

Chester I share your pain, I'm still waiting for some iAmLove shop stuff too. But take heart, one order came a couple of days ago..

ilovetosleep · 04/06/2015 09:28

lucysmam yes I wore it on top of my boots serum and under my night cream. Seems to be the order caroline hirons recommends tooConfused

daftyburd · 04/06/2015 10:16

Chester my snail cream was from jolse and the delivery estimate was 7th July. It came on Tuesday just as I was getting extreme parcel envy!

lucysmam · 04/06/2015 10:48

I'm in the market for a new eye make-up remover, nearly at the end of my current one. Do any of you have a recommendation that's not too pricey? I don't mind a few quid but just not megabucks Grin

EuphemiaCoxton · 04/06/2015 11:25

My tony moly peach hand cream arrived today.
It feels lovely, just the right amount of oiliness and my hands feel really soft now.
Plus it smells like the fuzzy peach scent Boots used to do in the 90s. I loved that.
It looks so cute!

lucysmam I'm finding it tricky to spray onto cotton wool, it's taking lots of skooshes to get the pad damp. I'm finding spraying onto face ok but preferring spraying onto hands and then tapping on my face.

lucysmam · 04/06/2015 13:42

Ooh, my honey pot lip balm is here Grin It's very cute! Dp's like Confused "why?"

FrugalFashionista · 04/06/2015 14:20

Ooh loving the parcels! The peach is too cute!

Chester my Jolse package is stuck at Italian customs - not sure that all that paperwork is going to release it anytime soon. Fingers crossed that your stuff will arrive soon!

Euphemia many people on Reddit have complained about COSRX packaging, apparently they can leak too. If you have a Muji nearby, buying a small travel bottle and decanting it might help. Boots might also do empty travel bottles. My FTE is a spray and I spray on my hands as otherwise it is sake on my lips.

I love the Laneige White Plus cream but it might be too rich for me - I got a whitehead yesterday and another seems to be forming today. It could also be that it is too hot (32C today!) for any cream right now. But we might need to a swap thread next Wink

Delurking to say I am in love with this thread and have been creating a watch list on ebay like a pinterest board! Awaiting first snail/essence/sleeping pack/watery essence/what looks like a holika footer mask plus many sample packs. None due until end June though! In the mean time have really been thinking about how carefully I take off makeup, use toner, use rosacea cream, serum, moisturiser etc (the ones that I have) and even using my old products in a more multi-step, careful way has made a big difference to softness and glow.

Lucysmam there is one called Kiss Me Heroine mascara remover on ebay, but it's ten pounds - tbh I have VERY sensitive eyes and am not on a budget (well not THAT much of a budget) but still think these are the best I've ever used really.

lucysmam · 04/06/2015 15:53

Really?! I wasn't expecting a Tesco link Grin

I'll pop some on my online shop next week, thanks.

MrsGuyGarvey · 04/06/2015 16:15

Just popping in to report on the Etude House wonder pore corrector. There are a number of wonder pore products, this one is supposed to be used directly on open pore as should help keep them clean and reduce the size. My pores are wide and it certainly improved how they looked, they almost disappeared. However when I put by cream on I got a smeary look where I'd used it. It could be me, I'll try again but the way it looked yesterday I wouldn't want to use it under make up, which sort of makes it useless. Oh also it contains alcohol, so not for everyone.

In the meantime I need an alternative toner now I'm ditching the acids, any suggestions?

ilovetosleep · 04/06/2015 16:50

MrsGuyGarvey I have cut down on my acids as of today - well sort of.... I'm switching my morning toner to the REN clarimatte toner which they sell as an acid (lactic I think) but CH doesn't rate it as it isn't really strong enugh to be an acid. It feels quite gentle although I'm yet to decide if its too drying for my already dry skin. It feels nice anyway.
