Just that really. Have always had a few pimples around my bottom (cheeks) , recently got quite bad. Could be hormones I suppose as am breastfeeding feeding but just wondered if anyone can recommend products/strategies to clear them up.

The microfibre flannel I use is the same kind i use for cleaning. They are like magic! Try them on your elbows. I've used a scrubbing glove in the shower for years and the microfibres clothes does what the scrub could never do.

I have had this problem.

I used Hibiscrub and scrubby shower mits on my bottom. When they were bad, I used Sudocreme. Later I used some effeclair duo that never did much for my face.
It mostly cleared up. The big spots, anyway.

Seconding the probiotics. I get outbreaks of folliculitis which turned out to be fungal - apparently due to yeast overgrowth in the gut. I try not to eat too much sugar (tricky) and take regular probiotics and some natural antifungals too. When it gets really bad i get a course of fluconazole from my GP which gets rid of it for a while. When i have an outbreak i always get them on my bottom so it could be that.
