Please could you help me find an evening dress for an awards ceremony?

I'm going to a black tie industry awards ceremony. I've been nominated for an award, so there's a 1 in 3 chance that I'll have to go on stage to accept it.

I'd like something long, backless, and in a pale colour. Sized 10-12. I'm an Autumn, so look better in 'dusty' rather than 'baby' pale colours, IYSWIM.

Actually, on further reflection it doesn't have to be long.

I'm 5' 2'' and an hourglass.

Have you considered hiring one, for example from an agency like girlmeetsdress?
