A ball dress with sleeves - the Holy Grail??

Help!! I've got an unexpected ball in 2 weeks time & desperately need a long dress...with sleeves. Does such a thing exsist?? The only options I've found are slinky numbers & as a size 16 apple, they're just not going to work on me. Can anyone help?

This doesn't look great in the picture but sil has it and she looks fabulous in it. There's no 16 on the website but you could ring a few stores.

Could you find the dress then get a chiffon / gauzy pashmina to wrap over?
Drape around neck, wrap around arms then tie behind ?
