How to achieve the two make up looks at a fraction of the price?!

I love the following two looks:

However the brand costs £££, anyone a suggestion how to achieve at say 'Bourjois' prices???!

I think one way of keeping the cost down would be to splash out on a lovely foundation and get everything else from bourjois & similar.
If the base is good you're off to a good start. This look is quite dewy , maybe try lancome.
Get a primer for your eye-shadow, it will make a middle of the road shadow last like high end one. Urban decay for the primer.
A highlighter on top of your cheekbones and fill in your lips with a rimmel pencil and top with gloss.

East end snob is a good colour for the lip pencil
