Clinique City Block spf 40- change in formula and very yellow?

Have used this for decades and loved it but have read the 40 has been changed taking out some chemical sunscreen and upping the zinc oxide. BUT this new tube I've bought it much more yellow- and is way darker than my skin and my foundation.

Reluctant to change to something else, but has anyone else noticed this and what might you use instead?

I also have E lauder Day Wear lotion in a tube spf 50 which seems good but not sure how much protection it gives over a whole day as it is chemical.

Noooo don't say that! I use this and I have very pale skin. It's bound to be too dark on me too. Will need to check it out when my tube runs out. Sad

Mine still has a few months left so hopefully not!

I bought some last week and didn't notice any formula change-maybe I was lucky and got an old tube. Really hope they haven't altered what is a fab product!

Do you know if they've changed the SPF 25 one? Mine is almost finished and I don't want to start looking for an alternative product, as I too, am very pale.

Thanks

I think the spf 25 will be the same- I have an old tube of it which I stopped using because it was so yellow and changed to the 40 which was more sheer (then).

It looks so yellow on my skin now- dreadful.

Not sure where to go next with this as it was a super primer too.
The E Lauder Day Wear 50 i s nice but a bit kind of luminous, which is okay, but it lacks the primer factor.
