I just bought a bottle of the online but realised that on the inside, at the bottom of the box, it says 1/2012 and I wasn't sure if this is the use by date of the serum. If anyone has one what does yours say on the bottom here? I'm not sure if I should return it.

Thanks

I don't think that's a best before date. It would say if it was, I reckon. Maybe when it was made, or something to do with a batch number. I think Ole Henriksen has a fair amount of preservatives, so I don't think it would go off quickly.

Thanks for your reply, I just heard vitamin C goes off a bit quicker so I didnt want to be wasting my money.

It can oxidize once opened, but shouldn't do before. I'm not sure how soon after opening it should be used. Is there any small print on the Ole website maybe?

I would guess that is the date the spiel was updated

Nabootique The little open pot symbol shows you how long the product should last after opening (I only realised this recently!). On this it's 6m i.e. 6 months.
