So having overhauled by skincare regime - out go the face wipes, in comes Emma Hardie balm, REN clarifying toner, Superdrug Simply Pure Hydrating Serum (cheap but good), Clarins Blue Orchid oil and Clarins moisturiser - I'm now on the hunt for a decent primer. I'm not keen on the feel of the Smashbox one and I've used the Laura Mercier one but didn't really notice much difference. Are there any others I should consider?

Depends what you want it to do. I have the benefit one for oily T-zone and Laura mercier radiance of I want to get a bit of a glow on rest of face
