I starting a new skincare routine (previous thread running) and wonder if I should start with a acid toner or shall I introduce it in a few weeks?

I really like Heliocare as well, get it from Amazon.

If you're in London their tiny Carnaby St store is absolutely lovely and the girls in there are always very friendly. Some beauty shops intimidate me (I know, I know) but theirs is lovely!
