Cleansing and moisturising for 40 year old skin?

Can anyone recommend a good facial wash, toner and moisturiser (high SPF) for 40 year old, dry and sensitive skin that's middle of the range price (up to £10)?
Thanks for any help.

Cetaphil cleanser, an acid toner (or don't bother as toner by itself if pointless) and moisturiser I can't help you with as at 40, my skin still thinks it needs teenage spots.
