Thick black tights - where can I get them the cheapest???

I need 40 denier (minimum) tights for wearing at work, the thicker the better so I keep warm as it's getting cold at night now. Not sure where to buy them the cheapest.....and I don't have a lot of options living in Wellingborough - only places I can think of that could sell them are:

Matalan
Wilkinsons
Boots
Superdrug
Morrisons

We don't have any other 'big' shops here (ie no Debenhams, John Lewis, M&S, etc etc). Any smaller chain shops that we may have that could sell them - and which would you recommend for a pg short ar*e . The cheaper the better.

I know you said you don't have one but I go to John Lewis and buy the thicker cotton ones that are 100 denier for chilly days. Bit like school kiddy tights. Pricier than 40 denier opaques but they don't ladder and just get bunged in machine again and again.
Maybe johnlewis.com?

I need to buy them when I go to town today......working the next 3 nights and I'm only left with my horribly thin 15 denier ones - which I nearly froze in on Tuesday night!

I think Boots do good tights, but not sure if they're the cheapest.

Boots do good ones.
Morrisons ones go bobbly and snag.

Right - shall try Boots then thanks - I don't mind paying a little bit more for them if they're going ot last me.
