I'm going to a wedding in July and have got this dress to wear

I would like your suggestions for what colour(s) of accessories - shoes, hat, bag, cover-up - would work best with it. I'm thinking silver/pewter/grey; yay or nay?
Should all accessories be the same colour, if not, what other colour would work - should I keep to a blue from the dress or introduce a bit of contrast? The dress is quite understated and I do like a bit of brightness.
Budget-wise I would aim for £100-150 for shoes/bag/wrap. There is a good hat hire shop near my which I will probably go to for that. I have dark brown hair, hazel eyes and paleish skin.
