Yesterday I did something I swore I'd never do....

...I bought a pair of skinny jeans... Still undecided on them, bought them to wear inside my new boots.

Do Gap sizes come up big?

My problem is there is no room in my boots for anything other than my legs, heardly space for the socks, never mind the socks and jeans.

Mellowma, I'm a small size 6 and very petite but high-waisted trousers look awful on me! I have a short body and it just makes me look as though I have saggy boobs (I don't yet but probably will come February when my first baby is due!) because there is hardly any gap between the top of the trousers and my boobs. Not a good look!

Although I'm short I always wear very low-waisted jeans and trousers as these make my body look longer and more in proportion (my legs are about the right length in relation to my height).

I think Gap sizes come up quite big - as I said before, I'm a small size 6 (probably nearer a 4 but no-one makes clothes that small) and I wear a US size 0 in Gap (apparently a UK size 2).
