is there anything I can do as well as exercise to improve my saggy arms?

I have lost weight, I am exercising, but still my arms are not fit to be seen.
Other than losing more weight - I am trying.
and doing more exercise- also trying.

What can I do to firm up the flesh? Miracle products? Some sort of scrub?
It would just be nice not to have to cover them up all the time.

may i suggest you do not cove them up?

so what if they are saggy? will they be less saggy if not seen? will other people come and tell you they hate the look of them?

they bother you, I get that. but for now just let them be seen. keep up your diet and exercise and be proud of your achievements so far! Thanks
you sound like you've made a massive effort so just concentrate on that instead of the negative.Smile

I don't mean you shouldn't care, but maybe it is not that bad or perhaps just time to accept that your arms look the way they do, for now at least.
and I bet others won't really care if they are on show.Wink

I am contemplating it- but could do with something to improve their appearance a bit- I know other people will probably not care, but I have not been out in public in short sleeves for about 15 years so it feels like a big deal for me.

Kettlebells great for arms. My arms are now my favourite part of my body.

hugoagogo · 09/04/2015 14:57

What about body brushing or scrubs? Are they a waste of time?

Planks. Not strictly exercise as you're not moving but they have done wonders for my arms.

hugoagogo · 09/04/2015 15:11

Yup doing planks, I was looking for non exercise things to try though.

I don't think anything cosmetic will help firm up loose skin I'm afraid. Scrubs will be good if you have flaky dry arms.
