My sister doesn't wear dresses because she "hates her legs". I think her legs are fine but anyway.... she is tall and slim and has good arms/shoulders and I was thinking maxi-dresses would suit her.
She has a small budget and is going somewhere hot this year for the first time so have you seen anything nice I could show her? Has to be cotton because of the heat.
