Does anything get rid of forehead and brow lines or is botox the only way to go?

I am 33 and have developed a very stubborn line between my eyebrows as my default face seems to be a scowly hag face and also faint lines on my forehead. It used to be the case that if I just slapped on loads of moisturiser and drank more water they would fade but as I am getting older neither of these are helping.

Has anyone got rid of these problem areas and how did you do it? Am so fed up with them that I am contemplating botox, which up until now I thought I wouldn't have but am now warming to the idea. Any tips/advice greatly appreciated!

You could try the stick on patches such as frownies (amazon) or furlesse 11s which are imo better but more expensive. Not as good as botox but at least it's all natural.

Botox is the only answer

Dh got rid of his by being blown up at work. He got a free face lift out of it when they opened his hairline like a tin to fix the brain bleed and skull fracture.

Honestly, no more frown lines. It was like a miracle. Grin

Have you tried 'Transformulas' products? I have two - I can't remember their names and will have to get off here in about two seconds as on work lunch break but one is I think Wrinkleblock and the other 'Face Tightening / Contour Creme.

I have found using both of these pretty effective in the lines from your nose to your mouth and round my eyes. Not sure if you could get samples anywhere but I saw a difference in three days Smile

I found growing a fringe the cheapest method Grin

I had a fringe cut in, takes years off!

SandInMySandwiches · 08/04/2015 19:28

Yep, fringe for me too

Meditation, relaxation and acupuncture have diminished mine a little bit.

Face exercises work for some but you have to do it every day.

Apparently the LA Roche posay redermic is good...

I have a love/hate relationship with Botox ! Loved the first few gos but hated the second ! Looked too frozen! 3rd time ok but it does give me more bunny lines and too much in crows feet looks unnatural when the lower half I.e jowels are started to appear !! Might have a more subtle go next time .. Maybe .. God I hate getting older!! Tried every lotion and potion going !! Best so far is so cheap I bet most wouldn't try it but it is quite effective short term ... New balance synake venom wrinkle freeze serum and their wrinke filler !!! Cheap as chips .. Tk max and b and m sell it as does Amazon ... Still considering another try at Botox ...
