woollen cardigans for dd that don't cost a fortune

Can anyone suggest where I can buy cardies for dd, nearly 2, that are wool, not cotton or synthetic and not covered in hideous spangly stuff, I like good old-fashioned clothes for my kids while I'm still in control of what they wear...! Mini Boden did sweet ones last winter but this year they have hoods which I don't want, or horrid colours for toddlers. If possible can anyone suggest mail order? The only ones I've found are by Brora, lambswool I hasten to add, but still cost £50 which seems an insane amount to spend on someone who is growing so fast.

Gap usually do woollen cardigans (lots on ebay), as do Monsoon although they're possibly covered in spangly stuff
