What colour are your eyes?
If they are deep brown you could go for a warm side of the palate, if they are blue or grey, and cooler tones, a cool colour would suit.
How dark are your eyebrows, and are they well defined? If they are strong, you need a more saturated hue, if thin and less defined you need a softer hue.
For eg if you have dark brown eyes, and well defined brows, you could wear a dark red, olive green, or coral with high colour saturation. Contrast it with cream.
If you have green eyes and medium contrast between your skin and brows, you can wear a purple but not a bright one, a softer hue. Contrast it with pale daffy yellow for eg.
If you have pale, cool coloured eyes and sparse brows, you could opt for sea foam or a pale blue, contrast it with a pale cool pink colour or white.
