Well Kim K & the cast of TOWIE are sporting them at the moment.

I have one in black with a waterfall colour.. But I am a bit of a fashion victim .. I wear with skinny jeans ankle boots & plain top underneath or a white shirt.

Too cold , then an unnecessary layer

I have a padded waistcoat use it for camping only or to put under my coat in v. cold weather. Personally I wouldn't wear one.

Just back to Italy and one of first women I saw here was wearing black cigarette pants, a blush chiffon blouse and a simple leather waistcoat. Ultra chic and totally effortless.

i just saw a stylish ish woman wearing one. I think is has a strong whiff of TABARD
