Seem to have lost my way with mine, so would like some inspiration.

The same as I had in my 30s Blush

I'm ashamed.

I shall watch this thread with interest...

50 something here. I have a collar length curly bob which is a little bit shorter at the back.

Starpupil · 23/03/2015 16:27

I have had a straight blonde bob for years but it has gradually grown and I'm sure it suits me better longer.

I always thought I would have short hair from the age of 30 but never had the courage to go for it. Plus I get cold.

ouryve · 23/03/2015 16:41

I'm a young'un in my mid 40s, but have my hair short short and heavily textured, in a fairly masculine style. I know when it needs a cut because it's reached a length where it's old lady short.

Higgle · 23/03/2015 16:45

Bob with fringe. Dear Hairdresser and I debate about layers (I'd really rather have it thick and straight) I have oodles of high and low lights put in to get it to a souped up version of my natural mid brown, I cannot abide grey hair on anyone under 90. I'd like it just a smidge longer so I'd find it easier to put up if needed.

bigTillyMint · 23/03/2015 16:48

Shoulder length long layers with a bit of a fringe/long fringe thing going on!

Instituteofstudies · 23/03/2015 16:49

Short, sticky uppy on top and flicked up at the sides/back - sort of like when Lulu had hers short (if you know what that's like). I had it in a mid-length bob up to about 6 months ago, but because my hair was getting thinner (is starting to thicken up now I've been on iron and vit d for a year) I had it cut short and realised it made me look younger as well as suiting more than the bob.

Floisme · 23/03/2015 16:58

Shortish with loads of layers, long sideways fringe thing and messed up. My hair is thick (though not as thick as it used to be - alarming) and wavy. Was blonde, now silvery grey which I like.

BestIsWest · 23/03/2015 17:04

Shortish, chunky layers, sideways fringe, a few thick blonde streaks.

DayLillie · 23/03/2015 17:08

Shoulder length, layers. It has gone grey at the front (not much at the back) and I am going to get some mixed highlights in to blend it in. Fed of the 'accident with the talcum powder' look.

Canadalife · 23/03/2015 17:29

Oh auto correct hits again....should read white anf no idea!

Any way good luck with your hair

lurkingaround · 23/03/2015 17:39

Late forties here, the sweet smell of 50 is invading v quickly. I've straight highlighted blonde hair, not much grey yet but that's changing daily. Upper back length. A bit layered and shaped around my face. Side fringe. Usually blow dry it for movement and volume .

I have wavy hair, so I keep it very short. I look like a scarecrow otherwise. I am 56 and wear glasses full time.

ScOffasDyke · 23/03/2015 18:01

Purple rinse, I have a shampoo and set every Tuesday (discount day!)

DidoTheDodo · 23/03/2015 18:14

Choppy bob with choppy fringe.
Had it for years and would like a change but it always comes back to this!

Floisme · 23/03/2015 19:07

Short pixie style cut that I can wear with a full fringe or the fringe gelled to the side.
