or high spf moisturiser that can be worn under makeup.

I have fairly dry skin if that makes any difference. I have been wearing a BB cream with spf 30 over the winter but really want something with a higher rating for the summer months. I spend a lot of time outside and I'm now old and don't want to be craggy.

What's the one you can apply in the morning and it actually lasts all day? As I use it under makeup I don't want to faff reapplying my base during the day.

I use this and DH uses it on his bald head green people

I know it's not a very high SPF but seems to work for me. However I am not the most stringent sunscreen user...

Notonaschoolnight and squoosh, La Roche Posay Anthelios comes in two shades - white and tinted. Tinted is a sort of tan colour. You can mix the two together to get exactly the right shade for you.

I use the Ultra Sun SPF 50+ everyday, after serum & moisturiser, then wear makeup on top. I'm not sure how long it lasts - if I was serious I guess I'd have to reapply my makeup etc at lunchtime.

East point I believe that you have to apply the Ultrasun directly to the skin. then once it has dried apply your other stuff on top.

I've just read the label & applied, it says it should last all day. I'll see how my moisturizer feels on top.

It is supposed to last all day. We have used it on hols and also p20 . Both are long lasting as they reckon tp bond to the skin differently to regular sunscreen.

Yep, the Ultrasun is one of those rare sunscreens that you can apparently put on once in the morning and forget about for the rest of the day. I use it on holiday/when I'm going to be out and about for more than an hour or so. QVC sell it, which under their 30 day money back policy would be a good option for you to see if you got on with the texture, etc.
