Hair cut queens.. I need some helpful pics to plan a possible growing out of crop..

.. I have a very short pixie crop, and every year I plan to grow it out, waste about 4 or 5 haircuts of growing out then flounder and chop it back off!

I only have very fine hair and I'm very lazy so I only want to get to a short choppy inverted bob, but it's the growing out part that puts me off

I don't do little clips and stuff... at a push I could try a plain headband!

I went from a pixie cut to a Louise Brooks bob, and basically skipped a cut so it was a shaggy mess, then got a very short fringe cut in and the bob shape kind of cut in, then grew it down from there. The shaggy mess stage was horrible, but I did it over a summer (I'm a teacher) when I at least didn't have to rock up at work looking yuck. If you google "grow out pixie cut" there are some useful guides with pictures.

thanks, although I read the xovain one and thought she looked best with the pixie Blush

I, however, don't look like her so I must not get distracted from this task!
