Brand Alley just charged me £9.45 to send something back??

Is this normal? I send a poncho back 2 months ago and it's taken me this long to get a refund, after sending 3 emails to prompt them. The refund has came today and i have a £9.45 adjustment fee applied?

I'm furious, I thought Distance Selling Regs meant I am entitled to a full refund as long as I complied with their returns policy, which I did??

Call and complain, I would! But first, call trading standards and get advice.

It's now the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If cancelled within 14 days from receipt of goods you are entitled to a full refund of the item and any standard postage you paid when ordering.
