Is there a website where you can put in an occasion, a budget, your size and they come up with ideas for you?

If there isn't, will some clever stylish person make one just for me please? !

I'm so daunted by the prospect of putting a (preferably stylish) wardrobe together for 4 days away. I see things I like but can't pull outfits together without buying too many things and spending too much. I'm one of those useless people who doesn't really know what they like or what suits them. I know what I don't like - but only when I see it. Useless all round really!

I was just trying to say that the lovely ladies of S&B are far better than any website could ever be Wink

tethers - doitdoitdoit!

Darkchoc - I see it now, bit slow on the uptake sorry.

Eccles - occasion is four days in Monaco in April, one day watching tennis, the other three just pootling I guess. I'm a 14 heading for a 12 (hopefully). Budget is about £500, thanks to birthday/Christmas money. I don't generally do skirts, and my style, if I have one, tends more towards casual.

I have had some good advice from previous posts about what to wear in Monaco, for which I'm very grateful. But I'm so crap at pulling stuff together I'm back begging for more help.

Shopstyle...I've used it loads.

Darkchocsprinkles · 28/02/2015 20:10

No need to apologise Wink

Channel Audrey Hepburn - you can't go far wrong. And have a wonderful time!

Rosebag · 28/02/2015 20:27

Not exactly what you want but have you had a look at dressipi.com?

mummop25 · 28/02/2015 20:41

I'm looking at creating something like that - similar to stitch fix in the US , will keep you posted if you are interested.

JuanPotatoTwo · 28/02/2015 20:50

Off to scour Shopstyle/dressipi and Google pics of Audrey - thank you.

mummop - yes definitely, please do keep me posted.

4 days... ok navy capri pants, with a striped top and short navy jacket or cardigan, red bag and shoes and a crisp white shirt for one of the other days. nice dressy vest top, or camisole to wear with the pants in the evening, tart up with glitzy jewellry navy bag and shoes. beige chinos rolled up with comfy tan brogues for pootling, a cream teeshirt tucked in with tan belt and a chunky cream or beige jumper slung over shoulders for if its cooler, can also wear these with the navy jacket and a white teeshirt. so thats 4 days so far, one evening so add a little black shift dress and some simple accessories for going out to dinner all posh, and a pair of black trousers or smart jeans with a loose chiffon blouse over a plain camisole vest and heels, done Smile

JuanPotatoTwo · 03/03/2015 15:35

Eccles - thank you so much. Apologies for not responding sooner. I really love some of your suggestions. Can feel a mammoth spending spree coming on :)
