Please help me find something for my girls to wear?

I'm not sure if I should post here or in weddings, but I know that there is more traffic here, and I'm in need of a speedy solution!

I'm getting married in 3 weeks, in the UK. We'll be outdoors for about 30 mins, then moving on to a reception indoors. DD and SDD are bridesmaids, wearing this dress only in orange with an ivory sash. Sounds horrid from the description, but looks amazing on them as their skin tone really pulls it off! My problem is finding them something relatively warm to wear for during the ceremony- they aren't terribly keen on the idea of the traditional furry/fluffy shrug, which was my first thought.

Can anyone suggest anything?

Forgot to add, sorry for posting and running but I've got to do the school run now- I'll be back!

What about something like this ivory bolero cardigan?

Ooh, I like! I should probably add though that my dd's are bigger than me(nothing like giving all the information...) and wear adult sizes- we need something in a size 10 and a size 18. Hence it gets a bit tricky!
