Clothes/shoes/accessories for young teen dd - inspiration, ideas and advice needed! What are yours wearing?

If you have a dd aged 13 - 15, what sort of things are they currently wearing and what will they be looking to purchase for spring/summer?

Any special trends that they love (and you don't hate)?

Descriptions and links would be appreciated.

Looking for ideas/inspiration for dd. Shopping together has potential for frustrated/exhausted tension. Hoping to get some useful ideas so we don't strangle each other.....and maybe we can even enjoy it.....

if shes not into branded clothes have a look on river island and new look they tend to do all the latest fashions. think there is a website called forever21 too thay does fashion aimed at teens.

i think flatform sandals will be big again in the summer. chokers still seem to be in. rings on every single finger and then some. bandana typ headbands. high waisted skinny jeans. printed leggings. jogging suits if she likes converse, jack wills anything like that. converse shoes or vans shoes too. nike air max seem to still be in too.

They all seem to live in skinnies, Converse and hoodies around here - the ones who aren't orange and wearing leggings, anyway!

Skinnies, Converse or Ash trainers, Walking dead or pugs not drugs t shirts/hoodies.
She's 13.

Haha, Remus, Dd isn't orange but she does have purple hair and loves her black eyeliner.

Leggings rolled up to past the ankles, Puma suedes (or Converse or Nikes) hoodies, messy bun, but only because I have confiscated her straightners for a fortnight, black eyeliner. One Direction tshirts. She doesn't like the feel of demin so wont wear skinnies. Her favourit hoodie is Jack Wills but only has the one. The rest are Primark.

Dd tends to be in skinnies or leggins.
Cropped tops / tshirts and hoodys.
She'll sometimes were a pencil mini skirt and thick tights and a jumper but mainly skinnies and a hoody.

With converse then either leather biker jacket or jack wills body warmer

Summer she tends to be in short play suits. Black shorts and leggins still converse but a denim jacket rather than a biker one.

Denim - even the dreaded Status Quo double denim - is in, so denim shirts, playsuits, skirts, jeans etc - Primark have masses at the moment. Skater shoes - pointed this season, slogan tshirts - New Look.

Yy to the messy bun, dd does this.
She also loves her fleecy jamas and uggs to nip to the shop, but must have her eyeliner on.
The only coat she will wear is a Superdry windcheater, they are in at her school, ditto the hoodies.

DD wears a lot of Sportswear - Adidas and Nike are favourite I think. Oversized hoodies, tracky bottoms, baggy Tshirts and loads of trainers/converse/heeled Chelsea boots... She "borrows" DS's and DH's hoodies/jackets (all about 5 sizes too big)

She also wears leggings and skinny jeans and has some "mum" jeans, biker jacket, some nice jumpers/tops when she digs them out.
Vest tops, very short skirts/battyriders in the summer.

DD is 12y, coming up for 13y.

She mainly wears skinny jeans with a t-shirt or shirt, and either a hoody of (fake) leather jacket. Boots (with a heel for "going out") or hi tops. Pumps, like Converse, in the summer.

Favourite brands are Superdry, Hollister, Jack Wills, A&F, Pink, etc. But will wear plenty from other places too.

Primark, New look etc here with the occasional pricey brand (Hollister/Jack Wills/Superdry etc).

High waisted skinnies (preferably with rips) or leggings rolled up to reveal bare ankles. Trainers or converses. Heeled ankle boots. Cropped jumpers & tops. When its warmer, she'll probably wear her short flared skirts.

Lives in fleecy PJs when at home though.

Dd1 (14) lives in skinnies with either a shirt (checked or floral), a slouchy jumper (Zara is a favourite for these), or a graphic t shirt. She likes Johnny b for these, as they are skinny enough for her slight frame. Shoes are converse or docs. She's not averse to tops or dresses with Peter Pan collars either. Winged eyeliner and hair in a bun or milkmaid braids are the usual finishing touches.

Skinnies rolled up, leggings, black tights with short denim shorts over, Lycra stretchy mini skirts. Vests, lace cropped tops, cropped t shirts. Zip up hoodies, oversized chunky knit cardigans, baggy off the shoulder sweatshirts, lots of scarves. A million bracelets (leather and 'friendship' style ones very popular). Chelsea boots, vans or new balance trainers.

If they're going out, short dresses or vests with those skort things are the favourites (looks like a wraparound skirt at the front, but shorts at the back). High heeled ankle boots.

Hair is almost always down, lots of eyeliner and mascara. Sometimes very pale lipstick on DD3 (not quite concealer lips, but not far off!)

DD13 has air max trainers in black and white -worn daily and a pair of suede ankle boots-worn occasionally.
Skinny jeans dark, black, check, bleached etc.
Various girly tops, often tucked in.
Hoodies - usually Nike, Adidas
Jumper from one of the shops below.
Leather biker jacket.
Big handbag for school.

She likes Topshop, River Island, New Look, accessessorize, H&M, sports shops and is now converted to charity shops after she found a gorgeous Lipsy dress for £7. Not particularly into brands but has one superdry top which she hardly wears and one superdry hoody that she never wears which is now mine!
She either has her long hair down or in a messy bun. Always wears earrings and necklace.
And a trowel or two of make-up.
She looks great. :)

Dd 13 mostly wears DP Eden jeggings with purple Converse Hitops, T-shirt or vest top and long cardi.
She likes h&m, but I also shop for her at M&S, Next, DP (women's clothing size 6 or 8).
