I posted a while back re cystic type spots and someone on here mentioned MB buffing? buffering? lotion. I didn't have the money to buy anything. I do now and have more painful spots.
Could anyone kindly remind me, best place to buy? e.g. reliable or best prices - am in UK so preferably a UK site so no customs fees to pay.
Also someone mentioned a chemist alternative to the lotion?
