Hi,

I have been meaning to treat myself to a lovely haircut in central London. Any recommendations?

Michael John, there are 3 salons.

I go to George Northwood and recommend him but he is ££££. Also recommend Charles Worthington and Aveda, both in Covent Garden and John Frieda in Aldford St Mayfair.

My hairdresser is in Clerkenwell, Easton Regal. Hannah does my hair she's the best I've ever had. Tony and Guy once informed me I have "difficult hair" (because it's not straight!). Hannah does not find it difficult and i always leave looking 100% better.

what about is yours curly and do you wear it curly? Does Hannah cut it wet or dry? Please?

I also go to Easton Regal in Clerkenwell and thoroughly recommend them. Hair has been consistently good since I started going there. I lie a hairdresser who will make suggestions as I know nothing about having good hair. My hair isn't curly, just wavy and very frizzy.

It's thick and wavy. Hannah cuts it wet. She does a great blow dry that lasts a week. I can never be bothered blow drying or trying to straighten it and there's no way I could replicate what she does with a hairdryer and a brush. But it's a nice treat when I go there.

Vidal Sassoon - any branch. they are ALL about the cut.

Another for Aveda in Coventry Garden, Liili Ann or Andre are both excellent cutters

GrannyGoggles · 17/02/2015 15:53

Covent! Autocorrect

polyhymnia · 17/02/2015 18:10

Don't know if you meant Liene at Aveda but if so I recommend her too.

Charles Worthington Covent Garden is fab. I go to Hemppa and I'm really pleased with my cut and felt he really took time to find out about my lifestyle, how much time I spend on my hair etc - this has meant my cut is really easy to style.

MadeInChorley · 17/02/2015 20:42

I'd secondCharles Worthington Covent Garden and also Percy & Reed on Great Portland Street - ask for Andrew

Thank you all! Smile
