Goth reunion - what to wear

So what does a mid 40s woman wear to a reunion with all the people she knew from a particular Goth club?

I was about 22 when I stopped going and by then was no longer a full on Cape wearing Goth like I had been at University.

I don't want to treat it like fancy dress so what can I wear?

Pastel colours and Boden prints? Shake it up a bit?

Well where is it?
I would personally just wear what you normally wear to a night out and just be yourself. You could kind of rock chic it up a bit though. Everyone will have grown up and if they are still wearing the same get up then others will regard them as being rather sad and not having moved on.

..actually tbh, i wouldn't go if it were me. I just hate that kind of thing. I always think that i kind of moved on and lost touch for a reason.
