can anyone recommend a good eyeliner for top lid, and how do you apply? Pencil or brush and liquid liner, which is the hbest effect?
also, need recommendations for a good eye make up remover for waterproof mascara - currently use clarins but it's quite expensive.

you know bagpuss if you just wet your eye shadows and apply the look can be as dramatic as using an eyeliner and sometimes more intense colour.
its what i do and lots comment on it.

simple for makeup remover or elave if you can find or cetaphil in boots might work

thanks hermyke - I don't have any eye shadow, but its a good tip - do you apply with a brush? what kind of colour(s) do you go for? I have greeny/grey/blue eyes

same colour eyes bagpuss, green
i have mac sable
and some chanel 4 colour sets which are expensive but good value and good colour.

i would use blue - looks greeat for dressing up
and i have a few bobbie brown neutral ones.

would like a nice green one from urban decay or mac.

i'd check out mac and if you dont want to buy at least u get the advice re colour!

yes - use the regular brush , but i wash them frequently as they get a bit messed up.
