is it possible for your hair to get used to a shampoo?

when i first usedmy kerastase shampoo, it was great. Now its not so good. should i rotate shampoos?

I would! I like John Freida but rotate other shampoos, use a clarifying one to get rid of the excess products once a week. I don't colour my hair so that helps. I never use cheap shampoo though. Feels a bit insulting to my hair!

I have used the same shampoo for years, certainly 17 years, possibly more - Aveda Shampure - my hair has always been one of my better features! It really suits me, I can't imagine changing it unless they do something awful with it tbh.

I think that ingredients can build up. I try to rotate.
