Wanted - sheepskin slippers that stay on my feet!

I can't wear court shoes, flip flops, slingbacks or mules - they just fall/slip off my feet straight away. Anything I wear has to have a strap across the top of my foot; I think this may be due to my very high arches, but I'm not sure.

I asked for a pair of these Celtic and Co slippers for Christmas but although they fit beautifully for about 10 minutes, as soon as they 'settled', they slipped off. I swapped them for a pair of calf boot slippers, and although they didn't fall off, the heel just slipped around every time I took a step.

I think what I need is a pair with a strap over the top of my foot, and although I've done a quick Google search, couldn't find anything suitable. Can anybody recommend any? I would wear them so much, so prepared to pay £££.

I would also like to say that the customer service I've had from Celtic and Co has been fantastic Smile.

I have the same problem and use insoles and thick socks with boot like slippers.

I don't generally have the problem you describe with other shoes, but I do size down in Celtic and Co and Ugg boots as I've had that happen to me with sheepskin linings. Sheepskin lined shoes/slippers need to feel snug when new (but not toe crushingly small) as the sheepskin does flatten a surprising amount.

Perhaps try the Celtic boot slippers again a size smaller? I can't think of anywhere that offers a slipper with a strap, sorry.
