Are black opaque tights ok to wear to a Feb wedding?

Got a wedding to attend this month and have a new knee length dress but can only wear it with opaque tights (got 60 denier) due to my own hang-up with my large calves which (I'm trying to overcome)
All weddings I've attended before I've worn a long dress with skin coloured tights so will I be making faux pas by wearing black opaques to a wedding?

As long as there is a good amount of black in the dress you'll be OK with opaques.
