Upper chest starting to look old but moisturisers make it spotty

Even the Roche posay one that doesn't make my face breakout.

Any suggestions?

Bio oil every bedtime has really improved mine. I use it on my face too. I'm 54 and a colleague thinks I'm the same age as her (42). Saying nothing.

I use Mio boob tube. It is expensive but I tried oils and other creams & either they made no difference or I got spots. This is mousse texture & I find a pot lasts a bit over a month & it works for me.
