Recommend me a richer night cream? I fancy a change.

I'm just using the Avon pink 25-35 day & night moisturiser but I think I need something stronger or more nourishing purely because I'm older Grin

I'm 39 now & my skin is normal. A beautician once described it as sensitive but I don't have any allergic reactions & can pretty much use any product without any trouble. I'm outside a lot in all weathers & that probably doesn't do it much good.

I wear a face full of make up every day & use Liz Earle hot cloth to remove it all, I can't be arsed with a separate serum & I do use facial oil once a week if I remember. I cleanse & moisturise every night without fail but just rinse my face in the mornings, my BB cream has SPF.

I'm not too worried about wrinkles or ageing, I do have uneven skin tone (couple of broken capillaries & slight red patches) due to being outside so much but its not a problem & my BB cream/foundation hides it. I have no dry or oily bits :)

Any recommendations? :)

Chanel Hydra Beauty Nutrition. Once a year I get a pot at duty free and use it as an intensive treatment for as long as it lasts for some tlc, then switch back to my usual rosehip/jojoba oil homemade blend. It has shea butter in it and feels lovely- rish but light and non-greasy too.

I'm about to sound ridiculous, but the Aldi night cream in the gold and white packaging for mature skin (I'm only in my 30s, so it's not aimed at me, but I love it) is amazing. It's incredibly rich and is one of the best night creams I've ever tried, including a lot of v expensive brands. It's about 2 quid or something crazy.

I use Olay Total effects.

But also have Avon reversalist 40+ one. Lovely and velvety.

The Aldi expert mimox cream just came out tops in a test, so I bought it. It's lovely - really thick and moisturing. Can highly recommend it!
