cool party outfit needed, budget £200 +shoes for friday

Hi all.
I'm a size 8 36 yr old country bumpkin needing massive help for a party outfit this weekend. There will be a few hundred people mostly young cool twenty somethings. The venue is quite casual. I'd really love to wear something different from my usual outfit of black skinny jeans and black top but just am a bit clueless. No decent shops around here so will have to be online purchase. Don't really like floral things but happy to wear a dress if it's not too dressy. Does anyone fancy putting together a shopping list for me ? I will be forever greatful

I've tried on the silk dress above - am size 12-14, but it still looked pretty good. I only didn't buy it because I'm not sure when I would wear it. Was lovely on, though.

Why don't you try a nice bold colour like a red, blue or yellow, which will instantly make a difference from your standard all black?
