Please help me find a lovely statement bracelet and earrings

I have a v neck black dress that will probably look best with a big bracelet and earrings rather than a necklace. All the statementy stuff I've seen is in pastel colours which don't really work for me.
Any ideas? I don't want to spend loads. £25 max.
