Big bruise on leg. skinny jeans or knee length dress for night out?

So. bug bruise on inside of leg up from the knee. Night out tomorrow and can't wear any of my usual clothes. it's a nice restaurant and then drinks and a club.

skinny jeans with heels but what top?
knee length dress? any nice ones around? Can't be online as I need to buy it tomorrow.

It's really lovely, but size down. I got a 6 and I'm usually an 8 or 10 in tops.
