I'd love these but the UK site doesn't sell them and don't really want to pay $30 shipping for $10 shoes. Has anyone seen ones similar?

I used to wear shoes like that in my teens - had some gorgeous navy velvet and dark green velvet ones. They all came from my local Chinese/oriental shop and were cheap as chips.

I paid about a fiver for velvet ones as a student. Try the sort of hippy shop that specialises in incense burners, dreamcatchers and those rag rugs.
