I posted a thread asking for a replacement for my Benefit You Rebel which I absolutley loved but had started to make my skin react. I have dehydrated, pale, sensitive skin. Was after a very natural, dewy and super moisturising and nowhere near a foundation.

I have tried, thus far:

Body Shop BB cream in 00: too dark for me, but nice consistency
Boots Botanics BB cream in Light: lovely feel but too thick, more like a foundation and sits in wrinkles.
Soap and Glory Make Yourself Youthful CC cream in Light: very, very light, a fluid as opposed to a cream/liquid. Really sheer, good coverage doesn't sit in creases/wrinkles and very good colour match but not 'dewy' at all. Would be perfect for the more oily summer months.
No7 Tinted Moisturiser in fair: yaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy, pretty damn perfect. Excellent coverage, vey light, moisturising, good colour and dewy. Asked a friend (an honest one) to look at me closely this morn in the harsh, harsh morning school run light and she said: very natural, glowy and lovely. Very pleased indeed.

Thank you to the poster who recommended it. What's even better as I needed a No7 mascara, it was buy one, get one half price on beauty AND I had £3 No7 voucher, so saved £9. Fab!

I have been following recent threads on this. I am getting to the end of old stock of my lovely but discontinued Dermalogica tinted moisturiser and can't find any more, even on amazon. I have tried Estée Lauder BB cream, No.7, Laura Mercier and Nars. They are all more like a foundation to me ( as is the newly formulated Dermalogica one) and too much colour even in Light or equivalent. I like the feel of The Nars tinted moisturiser and have noticed that the samples given to me weren't the lightest...there's one lighter which I might try. Front runner, unbelievably is dirt cheap Garnier BB cream in the lightest colour although it still has a smidgen too much colour in it iyswim. The search continues....also intend to try the Clinique one....

I see nobody has followed my Aldi tip Grin. You're missing a trick, I tell you.

Nars! Love it

I've just bought the Botanics one in Light. I really like it - it seems quite thick but goes on smoothly and is quite sheer and not at all claggy. I don't like the smell of it much, but it doesn't bother me once on.

Is recommend the bourjois cc cream - v good.

Remus, would you like me to send you my Botanics one? It's in light and only used once. Too thick for me but you're welcome to it. Pm me your address if you'd like it.

I used to love the boots no 7 tinted moisturiser, then I tried their bb cream and it's even better gives a lovely glow, slightly more coverage. I get lots of comments on my skin, doesn't look like makeup just lovely skin. The liz earl skin tint is very good too but more expensive.
