Best waterproof/sweatproof/tearproof/greaseproof/everythingproof mascara?

I have a maybeline mascara (the yellow one) which is supposedly waterproof but always ends up all over my face by the end of the day.

Any other recommendations for affordable mascara that stays where I want it?

Max Factor False Lash Effect (Waterproof) is excellent. Have worn it at the gym, on holiday etc. Doesnt budge.
