X post. I like the Whitestuff one best because I like the non ribbed areas better.

I have limited fashion sense, but Em&Me - I don't like the pockets on the other one.

The Me&Em one is a lot nicer tbh. I like some white stuff stuff but think the pockets on that one remind me of older ladies (but that could be me!)

The Me&Em I like the ribbing and the neck is a bit more closed in. I really don't like the pockets on the Whitestuff.

The white stuff one is a very unflattering shape - slightly a-line plus pockets. I prefer the me&em one.

Me&Em looks nicer. I have never had any WS knitwear, but I have never been impressed with the quality of their stuff, and I'd be gutted if a cashmere jumper was poor quality.

I prefer the WS one. The neck is not so high (the meandem one looks itchy).

Anything I have bought from ws has become a rag after a couple of washes. It's too expensive to be disposable.

Me and Em too. I don't like the frumpy shape of the WS one and I agree with pp re the dubious quality of WS

Have to say,I have a couple of WS jumpers with alpaca and something or other in and they bobble like crazy. Wash fine but the bubbling is annoying.Didn't take long,one or two wears.

Regarding. Cashmere though,I was reading an article (after googling about uniqlo cashmere-washing and quality) where several shops had their cashmere jumpers tested and pitted against each other. WS didn't rate very high at all,uniqlo actually came out tops!

Don't like either of them. I hate that speckled grey marl look. The Em+ Me one is a throat gripper and I hate the ribbed arms. The WS is just meh in terms of it's shaping.

Far better to look at the sales of cashmere specialists. Try Johnstons of Elgin, Brora, Crumpet, Repeat, Pure etc.

Others that do good quality cashmere are Autograph, Isle at EWM (seriously!) and John Lewis.

I like the first one: looks classy and easy to wear.

I have worn my PURE cashmere jumper just once and already, baby bobbling is forming!
