Does anyone have one of these? I just got one and it wont switch off from the button. A padlock appears but it wont switch off. Only if I unplug it. Anyone else have this issue? Thanks

Hi sleepy thanks for the reply. The padlock would appear and disappear when I hold the button for 2 seconds but I couldn't switch it on or off from the on off button at all so it must have been faulty I returned it today and they had no more in stock but thank you so much for your reply
